KingWall Series in San Diego

KingWall Series insulated metal panel can be installed horizontally or vertically with concealed fixing at the joint. Its single-rib exterior face is ideal for Industrial, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Residential Buildings. It is recommended to combine different colors to provide greater aesthetics in architectural facades.

Type of Connection: Male-female interconnecting connection
Exterior Face: Smooth or embossed three-rib thick and four-rib thin profile made of 26, 24 or 22 gauge pre-painted Galvalume® or G-60 steel.
Interior Face: Smooth or embossed Shadowline profile made of 26 gauge pre-painted Galvalume® or G-60 steel.
Exterior Finish: Standard finish of high-performance polyester coating system. Valspar’s Fluropon PVDF system is a popular choice when additional protection against fading or saline environments is sought.
Interior Finish: Standard finish based on standard polyester, suitable and accepted by the USDA for clean rooms.
Insulation Core: Injected polyisocyanurate (PIR) with density of 34 – 39 kg/m3
